LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets to and attendance at Nashville Oktoberfest (the “Festival”), produced by Nashville Oktoberfest, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets or entering Festival grounds, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Admission & Conduct
Festival admission is subject to capacity, security screening, and compliance with all posted rules, applicable laws, and instructions from Festival staff and law enforcement. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct threatens the safety, enjoyment, or operations of the Festival, without refund.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Tickets & Entry
Tickets grant the holder a revocable license to attend the Festival on the date(s) indicated. Tickets are not transferable except through our official ticket-transfer tool. Duplicated, altered, or resold tickets may be voided without refund. Entry is subject to the terms of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Photography, Video & Marketing Release
Nashville Oktoberfest is a public event. By attending the Festival — including as a ticket holder, guest, vendor, performer, volunteer, or member of the general public on Festival grounds — you understand and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured in audiovisual media by us, our contractors, sponsors, media partners, or other attendees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you grant Nashville Oktoberfest, LLC and its affiliates, successors, and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish your name, voice, likeness, image, and appearance captured at or in connection with the Festival in any media now known or later developed, including for marketing, advertising, promotional, archival, and commercial purposes, without further notice or compensation to you.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, your sole remedy is not to attend the Festival. Purchasing a ticket constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to this release.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at an outdoor public festival involves inherent risks, including exposure to weather, crowds, noise, and physical activity. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Festival, whether known or unknown.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nashville Oktoberfest, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance or ticket purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Festival shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable ticket(s).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when they were most recently revised. Your continued attendance after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
